Centrifugal separation is a fundamental pretreatment step in biological experiments, chemical purification, medical testing, food R&D, and other fields, using centrifugal force to achieve solid-liquid separation and stratified purification of mixed media.

The touchscreen dedicated centrifuge is an upgraded generation of traditional centrifugal equipment. It replaces conventional push-button control with a touch-based intelligent control system and integrates smart regulation, program storage, safety protection, and other functions. It meets the needs of modern laboratories and industrial precision separation work and has become a commonly used instrument for sample processing and material purification across many industries.

The touchscreen centrifuge represents a full upgrade of the control system. Abandoning the single-mode operation of mechanical buttons, it carries an integrated touch display interface that consolidates four core functions: parameter setting, status display, program control, and fault alerts. The interface is neatly laid out with clearly divided functional zones, intuitively showing operating status, job progress, run mode, and other information, which simplifies the operator's workflow. Compared with traditional models, touch control avoids the sticking, failure, and wear that mechanical buttons develop over long-term use; control stability and service life are effectively improved, making the machine well suited to high-frequency, routine workloads.

Divided by application scenario and processing volume, touchscreen centrifuges fall into four main categories, each suited to a different level of separation demand. Small benchtop models handle trace samples in the laboratory; medium benchtop models fit routine batch sample purification; floor-standing standard models meet small and medium industrial material separation; and floor-standing large-capacity models support continuous processing of large-scale, high-volume materials. The overall workflow has been standardized and optimized into five basic steps: sample placement, program selection, parameter setting, start/stop, and sampling after shutdown — a concise, well-regulated process that reduces the probability of human error. The machine carries a programmable storage system that can save multiple sets of commonly used separation programs; for fixed materials and fixed processes, operators can call up a preset program directly without repeated setup, greatly improving the efficiency of batch work and fitting standardized, process-based operating systems.

On safety, the centrifuge carries multiple protective mechanisms that form a complete operational safeguard system. Four basic protections are provided: door self-locking, overload protection, imbalance protection, and abnormal-shutdown protection. The door remains locked throughout the run, eliminating the hazard of accidental opening. When material placement is unbalanced or the load is abnormal, the system automatically identifies the abnormal state and triggers shutdown protection, effectively avoiding equipment damage and operational risk, and raising safety and stability to the standards required for standardized laboratory and industrial work.

From the perspective of industry applications, the machine's adaptability is highly professional. In biological research it can be used for strain separation, nucleic acid purification, cell sample processing, and other pretreatment steps; in medical testing it fits serum separation and body fluid sample purification; in food processing it handles raw material purification, impurity separation, and beverage homogenization; in fine chemicals it stratifies suspensions and emulsions and removes impurities to improve material purity. This multi-scenario adaptability gives the equipment strong versatility in precision material processing.

For long-term use and maintenance, the machine adopts a modular structural design with a neatly arranged interior that is easy to disassemble and service. The touch panel is made of wear-resistant, scratch-proof material that withstands long-term, high-frequency touch operation without interface wear or blurred display. Routine maintenance requires only four basic tasks — equipment cleaning, chamber disinfection, program reset, and fitting checks — a simple maintenance process at moderate cost that supports long-term stable operation in all kinds of settings.

In summary, by relying on its upgraded smart touch design, standardized workflow, comprehensive safety protection, and broad scenario adaptability, the touchscreen dedicated centrifuge overcomes the shortcomings of traditional centrifuges — cumbersome operation and coarse control — and aligns with the modern trend toward precision, intelligence, and standardization in research, medical, and industrial fields, providing stable and efficient equipment support for all kinds of material separation work.
