We are a specialized manufacturer of laboratory centrifuges located in the Hefei High-tech Development Zone — China's “City of Science and Technology”. Taking technological innovation as its benchmark, the company researches, manufactures and sells scientific research equipment and test & separation equipment under the Javenlab brand: a complete centrifuge series plus medical and research laboratory instruments. Our differential centrifugation method was the first of its kind developed in China, and Javenlab centrifuges are listed as an approved national-reserve supplier. Inside Our Factory
Since 2011, every Javenlab centrifuge has been built at our own plant in Hefei — no trading company, no outsourced assembly. You are welcome to visit the production line in person or by video call.
In-House Production
Sheet-metal processing, CNC machining, motor winding and control-board assembly are all done under one roof — full traceability from raw material to finished unit.
Aging & Calibration Lab
Every unit runs full-load aging tests before packing. Speed accuracy is calibrated to ±10 rpm, with imbalance, lid-interlock and over-speed protection verified one by one.
QC & Export Packing
Final inspection, then export-grade plywood packaging. EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP terms with complete documentation for smooth customs clearance in 80+ countries.
Quality & Certifications
Every centrifuge passes full-load aging tests, speed-accuracy calibration and safety verification (imbalance detection, lid interlock, over-speed protection) before packing. CE/ISO documentation packages, calibration reports and tender documents are available on request for regulatory filings and public tenders.
OEM / ODM & Export
We support private-label manufacturing, custom control panels and voltages, and provide marketing assets, spare-parts kits and engineer training for distributors. Export-grade plywood packaging and flexible Incoterms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP) keep logistics simple.
